The Office for Local Economic Development and Projects provided a donation of 30,000 protective masks. The donor is the Chinese City of Hangzhou, with which the City of Niš, through the Office for Local Economic Development and Projects, established cooperation in September 2018 by signing a Letter of Intent to strengthen the development of the silk IT path. Chinese friends, facing the same danger of the Covid-19 virus, did not forget their partners and sent this valuable and much-needed donation.
The Office for Local Economic Development and Projects, which in cooperation with its partners and Niš business community in the state of emergency collected significant donations for the needs of vulnerable residents of Niš, both money and goods, is grateful to its partners and associates from the Chinese city of Hangzhou for not forgetting solidarity in this hardship trimes.
