Additionally, the sector's activities encompass investments in culture, education, sports, healthcare, scientific and technological development, and other key aspects of social life. Through the process of contracting and preparing planning and project-technical documentation, the Investment Sector ensures the timely realization of infrastructure and other projects. The sector’s work includes coordinating the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals, as well as overseeing all stages of project implementation – from project development to the completion of works and handover. The significance of the Investment Sector is reflected in its role in creating functional, modern infrastructure and supporting the enhancement of the quality of life in Niš, directly contributing to the sustainable development of the city and the well-being of the local community.
