The Mayor of the City of Niš, Dragana Sotirovski, visited the new shopping planet under construction, which will cover about 40,000 m2 in the heart of the city, with the corresponding City Council member, associates and representatives of OLEDP. The investment worth 80 million euros of Delta Real Estate Group will be spread over two floors and will provide an unforgettable shopping experience for the whole family, because, according to Delta Real Estate Group CEO Zorana Burlić, in addition to the shopping space, Delta Planet will also have a part with restaurants, cafes, with a large selection of food, playrooms for children and 850 parking spaces. “The installation of the glass construction is expected in the autumn, and the part of the greenery will be removed because landscaping is planned within the complex itself.” The construction of a playground and a park is planned as we intend to follow the descend of the city towards the Nišava river”, pointed out the corresponding City Council member, Mr. Nenad Stanković. Representatives of OLEDP pointed out that Delta Planet is an excellent example of the synergy between the city and investors and that the set dynamics are kept in the course of realization of such projects.
The opening of the shopping mall is planned for 2021.
