The proof that the cooperation between the City of Niš-Office for Local Economic Development and Projects and the company Zumtobel Group is more than good from the moment when “Mercedes in the lighting industry”, Austrian based Zumtobel started building its first factory in Serbia, lies in the fact that this company, more than once, has shown that it is a true partner of its host city and that local self-government can rely on it when needed.
Thanks to this company, four schools in Niš: two high schools „Bora Stanković“ and „Svetozar Marković“, as well as two elementary schools „Vožd Karađorđe“ and „Dušan Radović“ now have modern, led lighting in their gyms – donated by Zumtobel. This company donated installations and mounting of new reflectors and light bulbs in the gyms where Physical Education classes are held, often serving as a venue for all other school events.
